Wave welding technology for SMT processing
Wave welding technology mainly uses SMT stencil and adhesive to firmly fix electronic components on the printed circuit board and then uses wave welding equipment to solder the circuit board patch immersed in the molten tin liquid. This type of welding technology can realize the double-sided processing of the patch, which helps to further reduce the volume of electronic products, but this type of welding technology has the defect of being difficult to achieve high-density patch assembly processing.
Reflow welding technology for SMT processing
Reflow welding technology first prints solder paste on the electrode pads of electronic components according to the SMT stencil of suitable specifications and models, so that the electronic components are temporarily fixed in their respective positions, and then according to the reflow welding machine, the solder paste of each pin is melted and flowed again, fully infiltrating the electronic components and circuits on the patch, so that it is solidified again. The reflow welding technology for patch processing is simple and fast and is a commonly used welding technology in SMT processing manufacturers.
Laser reflow welding technology for SMT processing
Laser reflow welding technology is the same as reflow welding technology. The difference is that laser reflow welding uses a laser to directly heat the welding position, causing the solder paste to melt and flow again. When the laser stops irradiating, the solder solidifies again to form a stable and reliable connection. This method is faster and more accurate than the former and can be regarded as an improved version of reflow welding technology.
