Raw Materials – Rubber

1) Material Properties

As a key material in electronic packaging, rubber must possess excellent electrical insulation, weather resistance, and sealing properties. It is often used to protect semiconductor chips from environmental damage (such as moisture and chemicals).

2) Application Scenarios

Plastic encapsulation of electronic components (such as integrated circuits) replaces traditional ceramic/metal packaging, reducing costs and accommodating automated production.

Automotive electronic components (such as seals and cable sheaths) require high-temperature resistance, oil resistance, and mechanical stability.
